Sir:   Time's coverage of current events in Eritrea and Ethiopia is commendable.  It is timely, precise and revealing the devilish policy of the leaders in Ethiopia.  Moreover, a special applause is given to Time magazine for breaking the ' conspiracy of silence ' by major American news magazines when it comes to reporting events in that part of the world.
